About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as patient, supportive and caring. I love to engage in activities with kids while helping them develop their own skills. I enjoy working with kids, I find value in making children happy. I value helping with confidence in kids in their young developmental years, along with creating a sense of independence. I'm looking for a job that will be positive! The children will always come first. But I also value having a strong parent relationship. I started working with kids when I was 14. I was asked to nanny for a family 11+ hours a day, 5/6 days a week, for 3 boys under the age of 8. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my family and friends! One thing you should know about me is I am very easygoing with your lifestyle. I am very confident in making connections with kids. I also value parent relationships. My skills include helping children expand their understanding of vocabulary, self sufficient eating habits and confidence in play without a screen!
