About Tessa

I would describe myself as honest, compassionate, and dependable. I have always been passionate about supporting children's growth and development, with long-term goals of continuing in the healthcare field. I worked for two years in the NICU and also gained experience in Pediatric and PICU units, which strengthened my love for caring for infants and children from diverse backgrounds. I am currently a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in Wisconsin working with pediatric patients as well. I began babysitting at 12, later became a lifeguard and swim instructor, and nannied throughout college. These experiences helped me develop patience, leadership, and strong communication skills. I am seeking a position where I can build a trusting relationship with both the children and their family. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel valued, confident, and encouraged to grow.
