About Aurora

Hello! My name is Aurora and I am in the Montana State class of 2030, studying Child Development and Psychology. Because I was previously preparing to become a teacher before rerouting to my current path, I have ~3700 classroom hours. I also have ~200 paid tutoring hours. In tutoring, my main goal is to make sure the tutoree loves what they are learning. I always pursue bringing genuine interest to whomever is learning, as being invested is the most important step to understanding content. After that, I strive to make sure that I am teaching in a way that makes sense to the person in front of me. I always aim to adapt what I am teaching to each individual learner, instead of teaching a generic lesson that doesn't make that much sense. All in all, through tutoring, I hope to spread a love of learning. I look forward to meeting you!
