About Ashley

I have a passion for children, always have. In my past I have worked as a RBT for a child with Down's syndrome, was a lead teacher of an early preschool classroom. My children were between a year and 2 years. I managed the classroom, looked after 13 of them and taught them curriculum. I started off my college experience with childhood education and special education. I have years of experience as an assistant teacher and float of other preschools. I also did small internships at elementary schools while in college. I also have been a mental health associate for teenagers at Rivendell behavioral hospital. I specialize in creative expression teachings and sensory work. I also have a degree in American Sign Language, I tutor a 4-year-old in sign language once a week.
