About Ashley

Hi there! I am Ashley, currently a student studying marketing at San Jose State. Caregiving has always been of clear importance to me, especially having grown up as one out of 5 kids and seeing how useful it was for my mother. Supporting families and witnessing children develop, especially through my work as a Behavior Technician with special needs kids, has always felt incredibly rewarding. I bring 4 years of overall experience caring for children aged 2-11. I am patient, calm, and very friendly. It is my pleasure to make sure that your child feels comfortable and happy with me. I prioritize clear communication with parents, always following your preferred method. I also respect and enforce household rules while keeping your child's needs first!
