About Ashlee

Hi families, I'm Ashlee, 31. A nurturing, reliable, compassionate doula/caregiver with 10+ years of experience in healthcare. My first nanny job was with a well traveled family who hired me as their travel nanny for their 9-month-old at the time. I cared for their child while accompanying them on both domestic and international trips. It was an enriching experience that strengthened my ability to adapt, nurture, and build trust with families. I also worked as a 1:1 classroom aide at Kennedy Krieger School, assisting children who have behavioral disabilities, autism, and ADHD. I have supported families through 3 natural births and 2 cesarean sections as a full spectrum doula.
