I'm also an experienced, certified birth & postpartum doula (newborns & healing for mom), parent educator, Integrative Health Coach & breastfeeding counselor. I'm also a former owner & caregiver of a small day care. In 2001, I founded a small, private holistic childcare organization serving families with children ages 2mos-4yrs & successfully operated this for 6yrs while raising my young children. When I'm not supporting families & children I enjoy staying active, watching documentaries, traveling , relaxing on the beach & spending time with my family. I have a passion for health & wellness which I incorporate that into my support for families. I believe that children learn and thrive best through play & exploration in positive & supportive environments. I respect all cultures, religions and family structures.
