About Nubia

I have 25yrs experience of working with children & families on a professional capacity. I'm a mom of 5 (teens & young adults), an experienced, certified birth & postpartum doula , parent educator, Integrative Health Coach & breastfeeding counselor. In 2001, I founded a small, private holistic childcare organization serving families with young children. I enjoy staying active, watching documentaries, traveling , dancing, reading, relaxing on the beach & spending time with my family. I have a passion for nature and health & wellness which I incorporate into my support for families. I believe that children learn and thrive best through play & exploration in positive & supportive environments. I respect all cultures, religions and family structures.
