Hi families! I'm an experienced nanny currently looking for a full-time position starting in summer 2026. I have a strong background caring for infants and toddlers. I'm formally trained and educated in RIE, which has deeply shaped my caregiving philosophy. Through my RIE training, I focus on respectful, attentive caregiving that supports children's natural development. I believe in giving children space to explore, move, and learn at their own pace while providing a calm, secure, and predictable environment. I prioritize connection, communication, and treating children as capable individuals. I enjoy creating simple, engaging days that include outdoor time, reading, conversation, and plenty of opportunities for independent play and discovery. I'm patient, reliable, and very attentive to each child's unique temperament and needs.
