We had Leticia full time for 8 months, she cared for our 9 months old son. She is just an amazing nanny and person to work with! I never had a doubt about entrusting my son to her care. She made sure he was fed, happy, and rested. She followed our routines and introduced new ones! She took him to parks, painted with him, read to him, helped us with baby lead weaning, and weaning off pacifier. I appreciated that she treated my son with respect like a little person - talked to him, listened to him, explained things to him. We never felt like we were just another job. 
We loved having her with us and would have hired her again! We are moving away though.

Leticia does an incredible job, we will miss her terribly. She is extremely reliable, always on time and our son adores her. I always know that he is safe and having a blast when he's with her. She's great at establishing a schedule and sticking to it and has really helped us with improving meal time and nap time behaviors. You can expect your child's day to be filled with singing and dancing, arts and crafts and lots of playing. Her next family will be lucky to have her.

Leticia took care of my 2-year-old and her bff in a nanny share set up. Everyone was so happy with the situation; we felt supported as parents and the kids had so much fun. She made sure to keep me and the other mom up to date through the day with the kid's meals, activities, and diaper situations. Plus she would always share cute photos and videos with us.  The children matured a lot and gained confidence by going to well supervised outdoor activities like parks and playing in the kiddie pool in the backyard. She used music throughout the day to guide their routine, which was as structured as it was fun. I felt very thankful to see my daughter thrive and learn so much during their time together. I could tell she felt safe and supported at all times.
