About Aoife

Hi! My name is Aoife, and I am a 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Illinois studying finance. I have been tutoring kids since I was a freshman in high school around my neighborhood in various subjects. I offer tutoring in English, reading, spelling, math, science, social studies, and French. I am especially keen on grammar, and I know that is a subject that many children struggle with! As someone with a learning disability, I know how difficult school can be, and I know how especially difficult it is with the current pandemic. If your child has a learning disability, I understand their struggles, and I have great tips and tricks that I have picked up along the way. Every child is different, so I make it my top priority to understand how a child learns, their strengths, their weaknesses, and their personalities in order to effectively help them with their studies.
