Hi! As a tutor, my approach is caring, creative, and flexible, and upholds my belief that each student learns best in their own way. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel "behind" or misunderstood in school, especially when the classroom approach doesn't match your learning style or interests. My method is to build trust and understanding with my pupils first and then using that foundation to make learning feel more accessible and engaging. I like to tailor lessons to the student's needs and interests so homework and assignments don't feel as overwhelming. I'm especially available to help with homework support and to build skills in areas like Spanish, writing, reading, history, and social/cultural studies. I am also eager to help students organize their work and improve their writing skills while building confidence over time.
