About Anthony

I have student teaching experience in mathematics and science subjects, both at the secondary school level and the undergraduate level. At the present time, I am a substitute teacher in Irvington, NJ. This position enables me to provide students with a "head start" in mastering basic skills. I am challenged to be a motivator, creative, nurturing and most of all, patient. In my undergraduate years at the Obafemi Awolowo University, a passion to serve and to motivate others for a team work created an opportunity for me to serve in various leadership positions which include: the president of the National Association of Building Students, class representative from 2006/2007 academic session through 2010/2011 academic session, the faculty representative in Building courses, the Vice-Chairman tutorial committee of the National Association of Building students and lots more. These positions allowed me to lead and also taught me how to build strong relationships with different people at all levels. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive impact
