About Anna

I have 8 years of childcare experience. I have taught preschool aged children at a Head Start program for 3 years and I have been a Lead Childcare Teacher at Group childcare programs at the YMCA and a Montessori school. I will be completing my ECE Associate through MidState Technical College in Summer of 2025. I am passionate about children and infants learning through child-lead play and outdoor experiences. I am also passionate about Social-Emotional learning and teaching methods such as Montessori, Waldorf, and Nature based curriculums. I am trained in conscious discipline and the pyramid model which are gentle parenting approaches to discipline. I provide reading times, art and crafts, indoor and outdoor experiences and sensory activities for the children in my care. I can help with Travel and Cooking/Meal Preparation. I would love to take your children to experiences like parks, the zoo, bike rides, farmer's markets, orchards, and other local events. I have multiple references!
