About Sheila

My name is Sheila, but everyone calls me TT-a nickname that reflects the fun, outgoing, supportive, and nurturing energy I bring to every relationship, especially with children. I have years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, beginning at a young age by helping raise my younger brothers and babysitting for families in my neighborhood. My passion for helping children feel safe, loved, and empowered led me to become a licensed foster parent, eventually adopting two incredible little girls. I'm deeply committed to creating environments where children can thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically. I believe in showing up with patience, consistency, and unconditional care. My experience as both a caregiver and a parent gives me a unique perspective on the importance of structure, compassion, and connection in a child's life. There's much more to my story, but at the heart of it is a lifelong dedication to helping young people feel seen, supported, and loved.
