My name is Sheila, and caring for children has been a lifelong passion of mine. I began at a young age helping raise my younger brothers and babysitting for families in my community, which naturally grew into years of hands-on childcare experience with children of all ages. My commitment to providing safe, loving, and stable environments led me to become a licensed foster parent, and I later adopted two wonderful little girls. Through both professional and personal experience, I understand how important patience, consistency, structure, and compassion are in helping children feel secure and confident. I strive to create an environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
