We hired Angela and, during the first two weeks, everything went very well. She was kind, pleasant, and good with our child. Unfortunately, shortly afterward she experienced personal issues and needed to take unexpected time off. We fully paid her for that time to support her. The following week she reported being sick with very short notice (15 minutes before her scheduled start time), and communication around her availability became inconsistent.
