About Jessica

Jessica interviewed with us for a nanny position, and as part of the process, she spent a day watching our 1-year-old son while we observed. Her background in education was very impressive, and my wife and I immediately noted how well-spoken she is and how clearly she communicates (an exceptional quality in any caregiver). She engaged very well with our child, constantly speaking with him and attempting to teach him about various things. She gave our son her complete attention anytime he attempted to engage with her, and I really think that his language development, in particular, would have benefited greatly from working with Jessica. Ultimately, had we been able to afford her, we likely would have selected her, as she was in the highest tier of the 50+ candidates we considered during the job posting process. I recommend giving her an opportunity to show you what she can do. I do not think you would be disappointed.
