Hi! I've been a trusted and valued nanny for over two decades for all ages. I work about 30 hours a week for a family I adore but am looking for some part time or occasional extra hours this fall. I work for a surgeon so my schedule varies but I get my schedule at least two months in advance. Looking forward to connecting with your family! I grew up dancing and singing in the PNW, earned a masters degree from NYU and worked in film & tv for 10 years but moved back to the PNW last year. My goal is to raise self sufficient humans who care about the people and places around them and to help kids find joy in life. I encourage kids to advocate for themselves and take their feelings and thoughts seriously. Every child deserves a safe space that serves their unique needs as they develop. I curate my child-education content to include intersectional, trauma informed approaches and find purpose in educating myself and challenging my biases and privilege to best approach what a kid needs.
