Currently, I am working a part-time time Nanny position for two emergency surgeon families. This means their scheduling needs are on varied days but the schedule is known about two months ahead of time. So, various days and evenings are available or a rare week long availability, but not consistent days of the week. Example:a M, W, F or a Tu/Th schedule would not be feasible. For the last 25 years, I have helped numerous families/individuals, ongoing and as needed, with most household, childcare and assisting needs. Life is rarely predictable. That is where a versatile household helper can ease the stress and worries and create order out of perceived chaos. I work with attention to detail, service and care. Whether it is an individual, belongings, beloved child(ren) or pampered pet(s) that need the attention. I also have experience with overnight/consecutive 24-hour care, on-call scheduling, travelling childcare, housesitting/petsitting, household management/organizational projects.

Finding Crystal was a blessing. She started working for us when our daughter was 3 months old and I went back to work. We are moving from Portland and wish we could take her with us! Crystal has one of the best work ethics of anyone I have ever know. She is flexible and extremely reliable. My husband and I work odd and often long hours and Crystal never seems to be fazed by the chaos in our lives. She has seamlessly fit into our lives, is a loving caregiver to our daughter, cares for our 2 crazy energetic dogs and is always happy to be lending a hand with household choirs.
