About Amber

Hello! My name is Amber, and I am a dedicated childcare professional with over 14 years of experience working with children. I have cared for and taught children from infancy through elementary school. I also have experience as a nanny and as a Behavioral Specialist supporting children with autism. I am currently completing my Master's Degree and California Teacher Credential at National University, with a focus on social-emotional learning. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts/Education from Dominican University and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Arts from Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, California. I love engaging children in arts and crafts, dramatic play, outdoor activities like going to the park, and reading together. I approach every child with warmth, patience, and creativity, and strive to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
