About Amber

I am currently working as a Teacher Assistant with children ages 1-4 and have about three years of experience working with young children. I also work as a Forest Educator at the Greenbelt Nature Center, where I lead hikes and educational activities for children and teens. I've always had a love for working with kids and understand how important it is to not only care for them, but also take the time to understand their individual needs, personalities, and interests. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and explore. Through my experience, I've developed a patient, nurturing, responsible, and dependable approach to childcare. I enjoy creating fun activities, spending time outdoors, helping children learn through play, and providing a positive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I would love the opportunity to bring my experience and caring personality to a family looking for a reliable and attentive nanny.
