About Frances

Hi! I'm Frannie, and I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education. Working with children has always been my passion, and I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and be themselves. Through my student teaching and classroom experience, I've worked with children of different ages and learning styles. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and building strong relationships with every child. I enjoy planning creative activities, reading, playing games, spending time outdoors, doing crafts, and helping with homework whenever needed. I'm dependable, organized, and understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust. I always strive to create a positive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and cared for.
