I have over six years of experience working with seniors, primarily in group homes and assisted living settings. I am often described as patient, as I understand the importance of giving individuals the time and support they need-whether they prefer assistance or wish to complete tasks independently. I genuinely enjoy listening to their life stories and learning from the wisdom they share, which makes my work especially rewarding. My experience includes supporting seniors with Alzheimer's disease and mental health challenges. Currently, I work part-time night shifts on a rotating schedule, so I am seeking a flexible position that aligns with my availability.
