About Alyssa

Hi , my name is Alyssa and I'm a 29-year-old mother of one. I've had years of experience as a care giver for my great mother who battled with Alzheimers. After that I decided to take a course and become a Certified Nurses Assistant to work more with the elderly. I have 2 years experience as a CNA in hospital settings, acute care, dementia, assisted living and nursing homes. I'm a quick learner, hard worker, I have a ton of patience, very empathetic and understanding. I love listening and getting to know my families. I love cooking, shopping, coloring, taking walks and doing puzzles. I am currently working as a Phlebotomist for a blood bank known as Lifestream. I actually found out about care. com through a donor who said she felt I'd be a great fit. Hopefully I find the right family who needs the compassion and care I bring.
