Kimberley and I were caregivers for a mutual client from June 2019 until the client's passing in August 2021. I have known the family for approx 40 years and was the first caregiver the family hired in 2014. Over the years, they hired multiple caregivers whom I worked with, or crossed shifts with. I can honestly say that Kim was superior to all the others. I loved when my shift followed Kim's because I always knew our client had been recently attended to, would be clean when I arrived, the house would be tidy and the supplies would be stocked. This meant I wouldn't be starting out my shift in a "fire drill" mode trying to catch up on things the prior shift failed to do. Kim also always gave me a day's report on how our client had been, or would bring my attention to anything of concern. Kim is one of the most honest people I have ever met and has high level of integrity. She REALLY CARES and her clients are not just a paycheck to her. Kim was an amazing co-worker and I miss seeing her.
