About Alycia

Hello! I'm Alycia! I hold a Master's degree in Public Health: Epidemiology focus. I also hold a BLS and CPR certification. I offer tutoring, seniorcare, childcare, and pet sitting services! I offer tutoring in statistics, writing, and life sciences. My educational background has strengthened my skills in science, research, and writing which I'm excited to share with students through tutoring. I enjoy helping students strengthen their understanding of challenging subjects and developing effective learning strategies. I also have experience serving as a youth mentor, and I'm excited to support families with their childcare needs. (I also work with children who are neurodivergent - ADHD, autism and other learning disabilities). My love for animals comes from personal experience caring for my now senior dog of 15 years as well as working at Canyon Park's animal nature center in the past. I have worked with all kinds of animals including cats, dogs, frogs, snakes, and turantulas!
