Hi! My name is Almendra, but I go by Ally. I work as a child welfare worker. I graduated from UT-Austin with a bachelor's degree in Human Development and a minor in Sociology. Some of my interests include reading, horseback riding, volleyball, obstacle course racing, volunteer work, crafting, and baking. I have worked at a early childhood center as a teacher assistant primarily in the infant (2-12 mos) and pre-k rooms. Most of my experience comes from babysitting for family/friends, volunteering at a children's home, interning as a CNA in the ER of a local hospital, and being a nanny/babysitter to several families from Care. com. Over the summers, I am very fortunate to volunteer as a Royal Family Kids Camp counselor to foster care children. I have my driver's license and personal car for any errands/outings.
