My passion for fostering children's growth and development led me to become a childcare provider. With my college education and 2 years of experience, I'm eager to embark on this rewarding journey of nurturing and educating young minds. My patient, calm, and friendly nature creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they're well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method. To add on to my patience, I am current an RBT in the ABA field. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I understand the importance of consistency and structure in a child's life, and I work closely with parents to ensure that their rules are respected.
