About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison and I am seeking a full time Nanny position with a family that wants to find someone their children can grow up with! I am 25 years old and have over 2 years of experience in professional childcare; I have been teaching toddlers ages 1-3 in classroom settings and working with school age kids ranging from ages 5-15, I spent a few years after high school babysitting regularly. and house/dog-sitting. I'm big animal lover and have always loved working with kids. I believe it is so important that the children of today are shown kindness and compassion while learning right from wrong in safe spaces. Consistency and structure are so vital and I do my best to provide those things for the children I care for.
