About Katie

Hello! My name is Katie, and I am a senior studying social work and sociology. I am originally from New Jersey, but I will be staying in Pittsburgh this summer and upcoming year. I have been a babysitter since I was a freshman in high school and have nannied for two families the past three summers. I have worked with children ranging from toddlers to middle schoolers. As a nanny/babysitter, I have taken care of responsibilities such as providing fun and enriching activities for kids, driving kids to and from activities, going on fun trips, and cooking meals and snacks for the kids. With eight years of experience, I offer a nurturing and educational environment for children of all ages. My previous babysitting roles have helped me assist families in household tasks and allow parents to go to work or on days nights with no stress. I am located in South Oakland right by Pitt's campus and have my own car, so transportation is not an issue for me.
