About Allison

For the past 10 years, I've had the pleasure of helping students unlock their potential. I'm a certified teacher with two graduate degrees, and I specialize in creating engaging and supportive learning environments. My approach involves actively listening to students and adapting my methods to suit their individual learning styles. I use various strategies, like visual aids and hands-on activities. I'm experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I can tutor in a variety of subjects, from Math and English to Science and History. Regular updates keep parents informed. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of my work. I have a car and am comfortable with pets, so I can meet at your home, the library, or even a coffee shop. I would love to help your child succeed!
