About Allison

Hi! I'm Allison and I'm happy to connect with you. I'm a former certified elementary school teacher (formerly a Special Educator and Classroom Teacher with AACPS and PGCPS), I have an 18-year-old daughter and a part time (mind-body) somatic healing practice. I've taught in the elementary classroom for 8 years. I have worked many years in the professional personal and household support realm in roles as a family assistant, nanny, mother's helper, driver, cook, de-cluttering and organizer, babysitter, daily reset-er, errand runner, and more. I'm a non-smoker, have a reliable vehicle and love animals (I worked as a vet assistant and tech for years). I would describe myself as having a professional demeanor, calm, fun, patient, responsible, organized, reliable, caring and creative! I love being a layer of support for busy parents and supporting children's growth and development and fostering caring relationships.
