I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, honest, and dedicated. I like tutoring because it gives me the chance to share my knowledge and help others succeed, just as I was once supported in reaching my own potential. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and will accommodate my schedule while challenging me to grow as a tutor. I hope to make a meaningful impact on the students I work with. I started tutoring in 10th grade, which is when I found my passion for helping others learn. In my spare time, I like reading, going to the gym, being outdoors, painting with my little sister, and watching shows/movies. One thing you should know about me is that I'm reliable, organized, and empathetic. I begin my tutoring sessions by learning about the student's preferred learning style. Once the method is identified, I tailor my study approach accordingly to make the learning process as efficient and effective as possible. My skills include effective communication, empathy, and openness.
