Hello, I'm Alicen! I'm currently seeking a new position, preferably full-time. I've been in the industry for years, nannying for over seven years! I've also worked several overnight newborn contracts, including twins. I love music and coming up with unique games and activities tailored to the age and interest of the child. A day with me looks like random dance parties, karaoke sessions, special superhero missions, lots of reading, creative activities/crafts, trail hunts and spontaneous fun outings. I grew up with an occasional babysitter that would take us fun places and would never forget to paint my nails as I always requested! I still keep in contact with her to this day. I hope to be that unforgettable to children in my care.

Alicen has cared for our two children since they were little. They always look forward to her visits and are excited to go on fun outings with her. Alicen is creative and fun as well as an active nanny. She’s always punctual and a good communicator! My husband and I can’t recommend her enough!

Alicen was great, she arrived on time, she was sending me videos of her and my son playing. She was super friendly. When we got home and talked to our kids, they both said they really liked her. We hope to be using her again soon. We would def. recommend her to others.

Alicen watched my 18 month old and my 4 year old for a date night. She was on time, available on short notice, and my kids had a wonderful time with her. She is very experienced which made my husband and I feel very comfortable leaving our children with her. We hope to hire her again in the future!

I have known Alicen professionally for a very long time she has always been very caring, hard working, flexible, punctual, and professional with everything she does. It was an honor to do childcare with her and to see how good and caring she is with the kids. You can genuinely tell she wants what's best for each and every one of them. Alicen was communicative throughout the process and helped us out within a few days notice. She allowed us to feel comfortable with going out on a date night that was much needed and was easy to work with. We would hire her again.

Alicen worked for our family full time for almost 2 years. She was excellent with our children! Taught them all sorts of things, they did crafts often. Our kids loved her. We felt like she was a part of our family!

I got to know Alicen through being a fellow nanny and she is such a wonderful nanny and person. Alicen puts so much heart, care and thought into what she does. She truly cares for the children as if they were her own. Always punctual and reliable too!

I was worried about my one year old since he had not had a babysitter yet but she was great with him and sent me a pic/text to reassure me he was doing good.

Would definitely hire again. She watched my 10 month old and 8 year old. She was on time and professional.

Was coming from out of town for a wedding and staying at a rental in downtown KC. Disclosed in my ad that I was from out of town and staying at a rental. Sitter messaged me earlier in the day to say she had a cold. Since I had no back up I compromised and offered to put the baby to sleep first. Really just needed someone at the house while he slept. Then she messaged me she was running late. No worries I was running a little behind too. 10 minutes late she messaged she was here and unsure if where she parked was legal. Told her to check signs and make sure and then gave her directions to the backdoor of the house because that was the only entrance to this side of the duplex. 10 minutes go by. I try and call her back, no answer, twenty minutes later she text and she said she was spooked and went home. So now I am missing the rest of my cousins wedding that I came in town for. I understand her needing to feel safe but I don't understand the lack of communication.

Alicen did a great job with my kids. My daughter told her she was now apart of the family!

I would recommend Alicen to anyone who needs care for their children. She showed up early and ready to interact with my little one! I could truly tell how much she loves kids and that it's not just a job to her. She's awesome!

We hired Alicen to watch our daughter while my husband and I went out. She was on time and very nice. My daughter loved having her as a sitter and is already trying to get us to go out again, so Alicen can come back. We would definitely hire her again!

Alicen is an excellent babysitter. We hired her to watch our 3 boys (ages 3, 5 and 7) while on vacation at lake of Ozarks. She was dependable, responsive to all of our check-ins/texts and we would absolutely hire her again. In fact, we hired her for two days while we were on vacation.       :)

Alicen was very sweet, she got our son to sleep which is quite a challenge most nights. He seemed to have a fun time while Alicen was here with him.

Alice was able to babysit my daughter last minute. She was very good with her. She even picked up around the house without me telling her to. I was shocked on how much effort she put in to make a great impression! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
