Hello! I have experience as a nanny for 8+ years. I've cared for children of all ages. I've been a nanny to twins (6 mo.-2 years). I was a full-time nanny to 3 boys, (10, 8, and 2 years). I've been a nanny for 2 boys, (5 and 2 years), & a newborn baby girl. I have sleep trained 1 infant & 2 toddlers. Additionally, I'm trained in emergency situations. I'm a retired EMT & previously worked in the Emergency Room for 3 years. I was first aid & CPR certified for adults, children, & infant. I'm trained do the Heimlich Maneuver & I know how to help/assist with respiratory compromises, & allergic reactions. Actively, I work for a local university & I am a college graduate. I love opportunities that allow me to babysit on weekends or evenings (2-3 days/week). Caring for children seems like second nature to me, as my mom has been running an in-home daycare the majority of my life. It's what I grew up with & what I know. Emmie has been an excellent nanny to our boys for nearly a full year. She is kind, punctual, responsible and communicative, everything I hoped for for our FT nanny to three boys ages 1 year - 10 years old. She has planned special activities and art projects as well as taken them to fun places like parks and the library. We have enjoyed having her in our home for this past year and wish her very well with her next position. I would recommend Emmie 100%.
