Eiley is such a hard-working, intuitive and confident caregiver. She jumped in super quickly with our two 4 month old infants and learned their different preferences and routines so quickly. I can tell she cares deeply about her work and our kids. She is easy to communicate with and always willing to add things to the daily routine or work on new skills with the babies.
