About Alexis

I have experience working with children and infants (8 weeks to 12 years old). I was a nanny for 3 years for twins! I've also worked in a childcare center with all age groups. I've worked with Montessori, Reggio amelio, RIE, and Waldorf philosophies. I try to bring love, patience, and consistency to every interaction. I enjoy experiencing music, the outdoors, yoga, reading, and art projects with the kiddos I get the privilege of caring for! I have worked in an ASD classroom and am comfortable working with special needs. I am CPR/First Aid certified and have been fingerprint background checked! I have an associates degree, a yoga certification (including Children's yoga), I'm an ECE community trainer (early childhood education teacher of teachers! I teach and create classes for adults to count toward their yearly professional development), I am a pre. and post-natal doula, and I own a reliable car.
