About Alexis

Hi, my name is Alexis. I'm a mother with over 10 years of experience caring for children in both short- and long-term roles. I'm known for being calm, patient, and focused on safety. I pay close attention to children's physical and emotional well-being, including supervision, routines, and their surroundings. I'm thoughtful about patterns in children's behavior and needs. When something is unclear, I ask questions to better understand expectations and support each child appropriately. I value open, respectful communication with parents and feel comfortable supporting household rules and routines. During playtime, I'm present and participate alongside the children. Activities may include sports, hide and seek, board games, or imaginative play. When weather allows, I enjoy spending time outdoors, encouraging movement and curiosity. I take pride in being dependable and doing my best work. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified for both adults and pediatrics.
