About Lily

Hi! I'm Lily, I'm a Psychology graduate with a background in Human Development & Family Studies and experience working as both a nanny and house manager for busy families. I have cared for children from newborn through preschool age, managing daily routines, bottles and meals, naps, diapering, developmental activities, and age-appropriate play. Alongside childcare, I have experience supporting the household with and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. I'm dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing the needs of both children and the household. My background in psychology and child development has given me a strong understanding of children's individual needs and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
