We hired Alexis during the summer of 2015 as our usual babysitter was out of town. My kids were 1.5 and 3.5 years. They loved having Alexis over as she played with them the whole time. Alexis also handled my 3.5 year old very well when she would go bananas when I would leave. My daughter quickly forgot why she was even crying. Alexis is a sweet girl and a lot of fun for the kids. Anything that was asked of her was done with a smile. I felt safe leaving my children with her.
