About Jared

I am a recent college graduate in the process of shifting my professional focus to education. I am seeking a fun family to spend my afternoons with after my para-educator work during the school day. I have 3 years of nanny experience and thrive in environments with consistent parental communication and lots of time for play. I prefer to be outside, make up new games, and create fun challenges over sitting on tech all day. I aim to keep kids moving and thinking while I'm around and love to throw myself into their worlds. My focus with kids is teaching mindfulness and social-emotional regulation. I do this by addressing feelings and emotions when they arise and navigating problems alongside the kids. I hope to not only create a safe and fun environment but help young people learn and grow.
