About Alexandra

Hello! My name is Alex, and I am a compassionate, active, and detail-oriented caregiver with experience managing youth development & safety. Currently, I'm an Outdoor Ed Instructor. I care for, teach, & mentor 12-18 5th/6th grade students. Working in demanding, high-altitude mountain environments means maintaining safety standards, managing complex logistical schedules, providing emotional support and fostering engagement. I hold active First Aid and CPR certs. Before this, I spent two years in software sales where I supervised the internship program at Cvent. This taught me the value of troubleshooting, reliability, and clear communication with stakeholders. Whether facilitating team-building activities, helping with homework, or organizing structured outdoor recreation, my goal is always to create an inclusive, high-trust environment where children feel valued and capable. I look forward to partnering with your family to provide energetic, dependable, and attentive care!
