Allie was the perfect fit for our family! We were so lucky to have Allie with us full time to care for our infant daughter. Allie is reliable, trustworthy, a great communicator, energetic, creative, and fully invested in making sure our child’s needs were always met. Allie made sure our daughter had safe, fun, structured days, and we were so grateful she coordinated outings outside of the home as well including trips to the park and playdates. Allie had very thoughtful suggestions on how to keep us updated including a daily journal/food log and created a family photo album for us where she posted pictures and videos. We cannot say enough great things about Allie, and we know whoever hires her next is a very lucky family.
