Hi there! I am a new mom looking for a part time position, potentially full time for the right match. I have 5 years of experience as a nanny and 1. 5 years as a behavioral therapist (RBT) working with children with autism and ADHD. I've cared for kids of all ages, from infants to teens and recently I have been taking care of my baby. I've been on maternity leave since June 28, 2024. I'm now looking for a nanny share position where I can bring my 9-month-old baby. Becoming a mother has deepened my passion for caregiving and strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, loving, and developmental supportive environment. Alejandra was our nanny from the time our daughter was 3 months until age 1. Our daughter loves her and we do too! She always shared important updates and info about how it went with our daughter during the day and came up with fun and creative ways to play with a baby who can't do very much yet! She listened to me when I had specific things I wanted to make sure happened during the day too. She is warm and empathetic and in touch with her feelings and nature, which is so wonderful for someone who cares for your precious baby!
