About Leila

Hi! I'm Leila, a 20-year-old college student with a genuine passion for working with children. I've been babysitting for about 6 years and also have about 2 years of experience as a Teacher's Assistant in a Montessori school. I'm currently looking for long-term, recurring families where I can build a strong, trusting relationship with both the parents/guardians and children. Stability and consistency are important to me, and I'd love to become someone your family can rely on regularly rather than just for occasional babysitting. I currently have Wednesdays and some weekends filled with families I already work with, but I have additional availability throughout the week. I'm responsible, caring, patient, and enjoy creating a fun and comfortable environment for children through play, activities, outdoor time, and helping with simple meals. Childcare is something I'm genuinely passionate about, and I'd love to find families I can grow with and support long-term!
