About Alejandra

I foster an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems to build momentum. Communication is essential for understanding your child's needs and progress. I am a high school student with a passion for helping elementary students in Math and Foreign Language. While I am at the beginning of my tutoring journey, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, a community center, or at school. Building a strong, supportive rapport that makes learning enjoyable is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am excited to help your child succeed!
