About Alanna

Hi! My name is Alanna, and I'm a licensed school psychologist in New Jersey with a passion for supporting children's growth, learning, and well-being. I hold a Master's in School Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology, and I work full-time in a public school. In my professional, school-based role, I support students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other developmental and emotional challenges, using patience, structure, and empathy to build confidence and independence. I also have hands-on experience as a kindergarten teaching assistant, in school-based aftercare programs, babysitting, and in a private daycare working with infants and toddlers. This has given me experience caring for all ages-from infants through high school-across a wide range of needs. I'm currently seeking summer/weekend opportunities and provide reliable, nurturing care. Families describe me as dependable, attentive, and calm, and I value open communication.
