About Simran

Hi! My name is Simran, and I'm currently in school pursuing my degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have extensive experience working with children of all ages, including those on the autism spectrum and with behavioral challenges. Through my ABA studies and hands-on experience, I've learned how to support each child's individual needs with patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. I'm passionate about helping kids grow, feel understood, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. Whether it's creating a calm routine, managing challenging behaviors, or engaging in play based learning, I bring both compassion and practical skills to every interaction. Parents often describe me as reliable, nurturing, and understanding and I take pride in making sure every child feels cared for and respected. I love working with kids because their energy and curiosity keep my own inner child alive. Helping them grow, learn, and feel understood is the best part of what I do.
