Alana is, hands down, the most incredible nanny we have ever had. She instantly became part of our family. She started caring for our (very shy!) 6 month old and was with our family until he was nearly 3 (when we moved away). I spent about two months trying to convince Alana to move with us and we delayed our move just so that my son and her could spend more time together - that is how outstanding she is. The bond they developed was heartwarming. She is trustworthy, fun!!, and I believe is responsible for his sleep success, quick potty training, and other milestones she helped him achieve. I truly cannot say enough good things. We miss her every day, and still keep in touch sending photos and visiting each other when we can. Any family would be lucky to have Alana.
