About Leila

Fostering a child's growth and development is something I genuinely care about, and I love creating a positive, supportive environment where kids feel safe, engaged, and encouraged to learn. I have a brother who is five years younger than me, so growing up I naturally took on a caring and responsible role with him. I also have spent a lot of time with family friends who had young children, which has helped me become comfortable entertaining kids, helping with routines, and creating a fun and safe environment. Additionally, this summer I am working at a special education summer camp, where I'll continue gaining valuable experience supporting children with different needs and personalities!
