Alaide has been an incredibly loving and caring nanny to my son before he headed off to preschool. We did a nannyshare with her and another child for over a year and my son absolutely loved her! She needs little direction and was always taking them on fun adventures to the parks, libraries and indoor play center. Would recommend to anyone :)
